All worldwide shipments from our official international site are eligible for free shipping, with the exception of the USA. Shipments to the USA incur a USD 15.00 delivery fee. However, orders exceeding USD 70.00 will receive free shipping to the USA.

As part of our commitment to transparency, our shipping policy, agreed upon before finalizing a purchase, is structured around a Delivery At Place (DAP) model for international shipments. This means that while initial shipping costs are covered (except USA), the responsibility for any customs clearance fees, duty fees, and taxes associated with the import of the shipment falls to the buyer. This information is explicitly outlined in our shipping policy to ensure customers are fully informed about any potential extra charges they may encounter. Please be aware that depending on the destination country, the nature, and value of the items, customs duties or taxes may apply. Our warehouses are situated in Japan and Malaysia, so international orders placed out of these countries may be subject to additional fees. All countries have unique customs laws for taxes and duties and CASEFINITE is not liable for any costs incurred. Duty/VAT import taxes may happen for any country and you are responsible for checking in advance the laws that apply to your situation. In the event that you refuse paying these charges, your package may be destroyed locally in your country and you will be denied any refund.

Estimated Delivery Date - CASEFINITE - International:
We do not offer the option to specify a delivery date and time. Unless the item is out of stock, we aim to ship your order within approximately 2-3 business days from the date of your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery typically takes around 2-3 business days from the shipping date. However, please be aware that minor delays may occur due to factors like transportation conditions and weather. Refusal of Delivery or Inability to Receive Due to Absence or Incorrect Address:
The maximum holding period for packages by each shipping company is approximately one week (this may vary depending on the company's policy). If the holding period is exceeded, the package will be returned, and we will charge you the return shipping fee. We appreciate your understanding.
  • If you refuse delivery, a refund will be processed, minus a handling fee (CASEFINITE: USD20, Ergofinite: USD30).
  • Please ensure your address is correct, as an incorrect address may result in the package being returned. Missing apartment or room numbers will also be considered an incorrect address.
  • If reshipment is required, we will charge a reshipping fee.
  • We do not accept customer-initiated returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding.

Consolidation of Multiple Orders for Shipping:
