Cancellation and Changes to Order Details
After the completion of your order, we generally cannot accommodate changes to the order details, such as changing the items, colors, sizes, or cancellation. Please understand that changes and cancellations are typically not possible once the order is finalized.
Returns and Exchanges - International Shipments (Outside of Japan)
Due to the complexities of international shipping, no changes, including exchanges, returns, or refunds, can be made once an order has been shipped. Only if the received product is defective or does not match the order, we accept returns.
Please return the complete product, including all accessories, as per our specified procedure. Customer service will assist with the exchange or refund process. (If no replacement product is available, a refund will be issued). We will cover the costs returning and reshipping the product. If you need any after-sales service after receiving the product, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:
1.Returns due to customer's preference or any customer-driven reasons. (incorrect size, product not as expected, wrong order, etc.).
2.Products that have been used, personalised, damaged or used in any way.
3.Incomplete return of the product, including missing labels, accessories, or packaging, etc.
4.Inability to verify purchase details or order information due to lack of customer information or other details.

Do not use this product if there are any abnormalities with the device.
Depending on the environment, products may deform, deterioration, or experience coating peel off.
Specifications, appearance, and packaging content of products may change without notice.
No compensation or exchanges will be provided for damage, scratches, or accidents after customer's possession.
Product do not guarantee protection from significant impacts, such a drops or falls.
Magnets in MagSafe-compatible products may interfere with medical devices. Stop using the product and consult your doctor or medical device manufacturer if you suspect any interference.
Resale Policy
Reselling products purchased directly from us, including through online stores or retail outlets, and listing on auction sites is prohibited. We are not responsible for any resale issues. Please be aware that we cannot provide any warranty or after-sales service for products sold through stores other than the official CASEFINITE website or authorized retailers like Amazon. If you encounter problems with items purchased from other stores, we will not provide support or warranty.
Legal action may be considered against resale activities that affect our business. Unauthorised use of our product images may also lead to copyright infringement, and legal actions may be taken.
